the booking scam continues

As I have been explaining in other posts, Booking takes me a long time without paying, currently it owes me 12,827.48 euros or what is the same, about $15,000. No matter how much I write and write, call and call, nobody solves anything for me, with the hope that the other hosts are up to date with the fraud that Booking exercises with some of us and their lack of respect towards us by not attending to anyone from the finance department, I enclose screenshots of how things are going today, the day they promised me for the 15th time that they would pay me without a doubt today, Thursday. (yet another lie).

Como he ido explicando en otros posts Booking llevo mucho tiempo sin pagar, actualmente me debe 12.827,48 euros o lo que es lo mismo unos 15.000$. Por mucho que escribo y escribo, llamo y llamo, nadie me soluciona nada, con la esperanza de que los demás anfitriones estén al día con el fraude que ejerce Booking con algunos de nosotros y su falta de respeto hacia nosotros al no atender a cualquier persona del departamento de finanzas, le adjunto capturas de pantalla de cómo van las cosas hoy, el día que me prometieron por 15ª vez que me pagarían sin dudar hoy, jueves. (otra mentira más)

I also take this opportunity to advise collaborators to choose direct payment methods, without depending on Booking, since this company is not serious about payments and sooner or later you will find yourself in a situation as dire as mine, with salaries to pay, mortgages. .. and without charging for the services provided and without even having a phone call from the department in charge of the matter to find a solution. I advise you to go to payment methods and stop charging directly for booking and charge customers directly either by paypal or bank transfer or tpv so that they do not put the bankruptcy of your business at risk.

Aprovecho también para aconsejar a los colaboradores que elijan formas de pago directas, sin depender de Booking ya que esta empresa no es seria con los pagos y tarde o temprano os encontrareis en una situación tan nefasta como la mia, con sueldos que pagar, hipotecas... y sin cobrar los servicios prestados y sin ni siquiera tener una llamada de telefono por parte del departamento encargado del asunto para buscar una solución. Os aconsejo que vayais a formas de pago y dejeis de cobrar directamente por booking y les cobreis a los clientes directamente ya sea por paypal o transferencia bancaria o tpv con el fin de que no pongan en riesgo la quiebra de vuestro negocio.

yes indeed i have been sharing the concept of dont use BdC payment methods get your own sertup and add the prepay process and time limit into NEW REservation template.

 

it means less drama and easier to prevent fake/no shows when the time limit expires, send a message to them on extranet and now go  click Request cancel then option 1 not 2. 

then expedite via a call or message to partner support.

nobody here can and the partner support and finance teams have no visibility here.

I am cobtacing them for 5 months. But is good to show here what is happening because is good that the other partners know how os working the company and what is happening to many of us

Payment Blocked hi Ricardo I just see today this message in the payments in the app they only tell me by the phone that I must send a message to the financial department, I already did it but seems like it's gonna be difficult to get an answer.
