Booking.Com Contacting Guests on My Behalf
How do I stop Booking.Com contacting my guests stating that a card pre-authorisation has taken place and signing the message from my establishment. I do not even allow card payments through Booking.Com so apart from causing a lot of confusion it is plainly wrong to do this.
