Booking.com has sent me invoice for bookings which didn't checkin nor paid me a single rupee neither i was able to connect with guest as phone number given was invalid then how am i suppose to pay booking.com

I have not got a single guest from booking.com 

There was a fake booking who never checked in not paid a penny didn't contact me for checkin details nor replied to my messages then how am i suppose to pay booking.com. also booking.com didn't help me with that booking. Very bad platform for hosts.
