Booking.com have not paid me
I signed up almost 4 months ago and i still have not been paid by booking.com
I have weekly payments set up.
My bank has confirmed they have not even received any notification or indication from booking.com regarding their outstanding arrears.
The guest has left over 10 normal days ago.
The guest has left over 10 business days ago
My payout day is every week, i still have not received any payment.
Where is my money?

The customer service team have sent the finance team 7 messages to give me a call and still nothing
