Booking.com lack of support
Does anyone else experience a lack of support with booking.com? I am an accommodation host(newbie) and I am having trouble processing virtual cards.
I have missed many payments . When booking.com say they will ring back to help me it does not happen. When I hold the line they hang up once I start the conversation. When I ask them to listen to my problem they repeat information that we have already covered.
Can anyone give me information on how I can change my merchant code so I can begin to process Virtual cards on my SQUARE terminal?
