Booking.com not allowing access to Banking Details

Very frustrated that we have not been able to get access to Banking Details under Finance tab for 10 months now.  Have had three guests pay via cash. Have had multiple bookings that have had to request cancel because they do not want to use third party payment system like Stripe.  

What are the requirements or secret to having booking.com give us access to Bank Details so we can actually use the platform?  We have good rental history and reviews on Air BnB.
