Booking.com Refusal to approach complaints and remove posts related to complaints

Typical behaviour of BDC. They remove any attempt to post a complaint about a highly contentious matter. BDC refuse to respond or discuss the issue. Now that we have lodged the complaint with the ACCC and Consumer Affairs, this removal of posts looking for similar members and experiences only fuhters the matter we are taking to VCAT. Failing this post, we will continue to approach media and social media to garnish support for our case.
