Booking.com suppose to handle my payments. But the steal it.

I have encounted this issue more than once. Where booking.com has decided without my consent to take my payouts or to tax me double.

I couldn't host a guest for 1 night so I relocated him to a better guesthouse nearby. And I PAID FOR IT.B

Booking.com decided to take the payment and say that it was refunded GOING AGAINST MY POLICIES!

I WANT MY PAYOUT AS I DONT WORK FOR FREE. I DONT KEEP BOOKING.COM GUESTS HAPPY FOR FREE.

STICK TO AGREEMENT BOOKING.COM YOU CANT JUST DO AS YOU PLEASE WITH MY MONEY.

THE GUEST NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY FROM BOOKING.COM WITH

Hi Debbie,

I am going to put this down to you just not understanding what is really happening and winding yourself up over it.

Also stop with the ALL CAPS, thats called shouting .

no one here can do a thing about  this misconception you have other than to tell you straight, you have got it wrong.

as for next action , talk to Partner Support, as we cannot do a thing about it.

Friendly reminder : we cannot help with account nor invoice/payout issues here, you must message Partner Support to open a case and then if urgent follow up with a phone call. see contact options below.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
  8.
