calender and payment

i ´have not got any payment from you  yet, what is wrong ant another question i want to change so the bookings is for at least 2 nights, but when i do so ,after some time it goes back to 1 night , what do i do

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with a non receipt of payment as we don't know when it is due.  Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers. 


In Rates, Calendar, use List view.  On left hand side open up to see additional lines re Minimum stay .  You can use the Bulk edit to update minimum stay for your whole calendar but when you add new rates for new dates you do need to specify restrictions at that time. If you don't see the additional lines contact booking.com help team and ask to see hidden lines.
