Can’t contact guest

Someone booked my property last week due to arrive in two days. They are not responding to my messages, emails or texts. I used booking.com to collect payment - how do I know if they’ve paid and indeed if they are still coming??

  1. pay status is on their details page, what does it say?
  2. not uncommon for some to not see messages, but you can ask partner support to try contact them and if no response request cancellation
