I have a reservation dated today. But due to a technical failure, I had to turn my guest away. I can't provide reservation cancellation what should I do?

You can contact booking.com that you couldn't honour this booking. They will cancel the booking, but you'll still have to pay commission for this booking and possible some extra relocation costs if booking.com had to find another place for the guest.
