Cancel booking

i have a booking with reference number ***, i want to cancel this booking as i requested already to guest for the cancellation but he didn't respond to me via sms and whatsapp . so please cancel this booking asap.

Never ever post cancellations requests here.

Nothing will happen with this , handle it directly and on the extranet , couldnt be simpler.
