Cancel customer's booking

Can tell me how I can cancell customer order as she has made payment

Thats seems like a double negative statement.


Are you saying:


  1. Guest prepaid BdC, and not you, now Guest wants to Cancel?
  2. Guest prepaid BdC, and not you, now YOU want to Cancel?
  3. Guest prepaid you directly, now Guest wants to cancel?
  4. Guest prepaid you directly, now YOU want to cancel?
  5. Guest didnt prepay, and only you want to cancel?
  6. Guest didnt prepay, and they want to cancel?


Open the details page for the reservation and you will see all details and messages from guest, along with a right pane menu, includes Request Cancellation.


That  option and then choose  option 2 after it, will start a cancellation request . 

Guest is notified, Guest must click a link in it to confirm, then the rate prepaid, if any, gets  marked for refund by BdC system.






Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :


1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
