Cancel reservation

I had to cancel two bookings.  I am not sure if guests are aware that I have cancelled their bookings. Can someone contact me. Regards Breda ****

hello and welcome to the partner forum.

You will need to escalate this issue you have directly with the bdc customer support via the telephone number available in your extranet inbox or via email. 

There will be a penalty so would suggest you reach out as a matter of urgency.

Also you should have contact details of the guests and suggest you email them directly too.

When you say you had to cancel bookings, what exactly did you do?

 

secondly you are only addressing volunteer partners and fellow partners and not a direct link to BdC Support  nor finance Teams

 

The devil is in the detail.
