Cancel reservation
Hey,
I got a guest who requested to cancel reservation via phone. I see the reservation, but cannot cancel until guest cancels. But, guest doesn't see the reservation. How can I proceed?

Direct them to logon to their own account ,they wil lsee the booking and can then open it and use the cancel feature... its literally that simple.
