Would like to know how can i cancel a reservation with less than 48 hours.
Why do you want to cancel it?
If you must, then find equal, alternative accommodation for your guest. Firstly it shows you care despite having unforeseen problems and secondly it is financially better for you. The charges for BDC to relocate the guest might be scary!
