Cancelation of guest's reservation
Our guest has cancelled his reservation ( to my request because of occupancy on our side). We have forgiven the cancelation fee because of that. Now the guest haven't receive the whole amount of money he paid. Instead of 1022.8 eur he received only 47 eur. What does it mean? Will he get the money soon?? Thank you.
