Hello Booking team.

Tell me please how I can get my money from the canceled reservations? This year I had some canceled reservations but I can't get money from you. What's wrong?

Nothing wrong other than you cant get blood out of a stone .

i.e. zero = zero when you dont have a prepayment method.
