Cancelations and commistion

Good evening

I am loosing the patients to reach you.  I cant no longer send you email directly !!!!

Two of my guests has canceled and I accepted so they don't pay.

Those reservations has been canceled BUT the commision is still there !!!!

I am SO tiered trying to reach you by phone NOONE answear OR by email (as I wrote here earlPier)

There are only 2 options for Partners, and email was never one of them. see options below

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
