Canceled reservation


I have a problem. One of my guests canceled the reservation but we agreed it will be for free. And I am sure I marked it will be free with no fees. Can you help me to send them rest of the money?

  • If a guest initiates a cancellation for free and you click agree.
  • If they prepaid via BdC , then you have nothing else to do.
  • If they prepaid you directly then its up to you to cancel the transaction on your PoS,/ePos/virtual terminal.


What do you mean by "Can you help me to send them rest of the money?"
