How to cancel guest that last minute check in booking and give wrong info to us(booking for others guests that covid19 high cases country)?

Hmm, If I read this right,


Person A made a booking in their own name and did not add the name of the actual guests.

Then the guests who have not yet checked in you believe to be from a country with infections.


So the first issue that I see is you have no idea that they are a problem.


Is it likely they are actually help workers being brought in to help locally who need accommodation?


Name the country you think they are from., please do not be vague. The devil is in the details.



At the end of the day 'management reserve  the right to refuse', but be smart about it.
