cancellation

As a host, can I cancel the guest's reservation and is there any charge for that cancellation?

  1. yes
  2. click request cancellation 
    1. if urgent click option1 and phone partner support
    2. if non option2 then wait for guest to click confirm to agree.
  3. if guest still needs to travel those dates, and you dont relocate them ,you will be billed a relocation invoice
