Cancellation on the arrival date
Hey! I had the reservation number *** booking and the check-in date is on Nov of 27th. The guest booked last minute, and my house and the water leaking problem that day. The guest was ok to cancel but I couldn't cancel from Pulse from my side. Now I get charged for the commission. Could you help me on this?
Only guest can cancel their booking or you should mark at least a no-show the day after. You could also try to dispute the commission amount in the finance tab.
