Cancellation of a booking

I had someone book and it was a double booking so I requested a cancellation back in May. Plus I rang them. They sent a message saying they were cancelling but I told them to cancel through The booking is still showing as active and I want it cancelled before the payment is sent to me. Or they arrive here. They hung up when we last spoke to them

Hi ,

Yes that sounds like you did the preferred method correctly.

So since they did not bother  the next option is to message or phone Partner Support the reference and give the correct status for it.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
