CANCELLATION FEES

In India there is no way to charge the guest for cancellation fees as it is OTP based..Booking.com doesnt charge the guests on our behalf too. So the cancellation protocol doe not work practically.

Therefor Booking,com should not accept reservation on invalid credit card as those are fake reservations.

Hope something will come out of these suggestions.
