You can do that be self service if the check-in date is in future.

Simply :

1. Open the reservation details page for each one
2. On Right Pane click Request To cancel and choose option 2.
3. Wait for notification sent to Guest to be actioned by Guest by clicking a confirm link.
4. Because you initiated it it will state you are waiving and allowing full prepaid refund.
5. That is it you're all done
