Cancellation policy

hi, how can  I set a policy 50% penalty for cancellation 30 days before arrival and 100% for cancellation 7 days  before arrival? I tried to set this in the policies  tabs own the entrant, but I can not find the possibility to set the 2 conditions combined...

So I had an extensive look through it all and agree, it is not obvious how to. and looks to be limited to one per policy created. It might be possible after setting the first policy for the 30 days to 50%, to then create another that is for 7 day 100%. I would contact Partner Support and directly ask them to clairfy if policies will stack in that way.


Communities Team  - is this the case? that both polcies apply to all reservations once they meet the timeline requirements...

i.e. before and upto 30 days be fore arrival policy 1  of 50% due, and then once its 7 days before policy 2 kicks in and its 100% owed  (no show and cancel)


I just created it in my own, and I see them as :


  • Flexible 30
  • Flexible 7 days

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
