Cancellation request because customer is just booked the reservation but not coming today
Hi ,
I have a booking with id *** for today.
As of Yesturday , guest told they will be coming but today when i called , they cancelled the trip.
Now Due to this , My booking will be lost for this weekend. As per the cancellation policy, full reservation amount to be collected from guest.
what precuation Booking.com has been taken NOT TO LOOSE our reservations.

You seem to have the wrong impression , that is not how it works , its entirely your responsibility not BdC.
Since the cancelation policy states you still get paid, did they actual prepay?
If not prepaid to BdC or you, a cancel or no show you get nothing.
No way to enforce payment.
Phone Partner Support to free up the room, or in calendar list view for those dates, only increase the inventory +1.
