Cancellation of reservation

Hello Booking.com

We got a reservation 

 This reservation selected 7 day before cancellation policy

as per policy when i tried to charge transaction was declined before i could mark their credit card as invalid

Guest cancelled their reservation and we could not charged their reservation amount as showing invalid transaction 

Is their any other alternative way to get their reservation amount?

Please reply as soon as possible

Hi Adnan


First remove the reference numbers as the moderator will strip them out as this is not direct support team, only fellow partners.

This is becoming a common issue and misconception by some partners on here.


The issue at hand... you should first contact BdC support, see contact info below in signature or footer of page.


Using Payments by BdC is reccomended to avoid this from happening but not everyone can apply for it.


You might consider making the cancelation policy more strict and using Non Refundable and prepaid.
