We have a guest booking and they did not cancel, but they also decided to go somewhere else without informing us.  No money has been added to our account and we lost bookings for those days because they had booked the rooms.  They did not inform us until the day they were supposed to check in.  Will the money be deducted from their account?

That's called a No-Show, so you just mark it as such.


If you missed the deadline simply message Partner Support the details and they will do it.

There is no money in their BdC account to deduct for a No Show, unless and this is important...

If you did not have prepay BdC enabled in Extranet Policy, and signed up to Online Payments by BdC, or Payments By Booking.




Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
