cancelled non refundable booking

I recently had a three night booking cancel.  It was non refundable rate.  He thought it was in a different state and it seems Trivago have duplicated my information.   HOwever this gentleman received confirmation when he made the booking with my location.

I declined his request for refund however this payment does not appear in my statement.  

Please confirm I am being paid for this booking please.  It created great inconvenience as I was unable to replace this booking because of such late cancellation.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
