Cancelling a booking
I've had a double booking and I want the guest to be refuned if they have paid.
If the guest prepaid BdC and not you directly, then you just initiate the Request Cancellation and choose option 2 in the Reservations Details page , right pane menu.
That option 2 selection is you agreeing to full refund and waive cancel fees.
The guest then gets notification, to acknowledge .
Once they do the system updates reservation to cancelled and triggers the refund for the next refund batch run.
