Cancelling Reservations After indicating as 'No Show' , immediately after marking as 'No Show' we receive a message from Booking.com, indicating as 'Cancellations' thereby refraining to pay us the canellation fee, The undermentioned bookings are 'No Show'

you are posting in the partner forum used to exchange tips etc and you need to reach out to the booking.com customer suport as they are not present here unless for moderation!
Your complaint's validity depends on your own setup.
Firstly, when you mark a no show the BDC system does indeed send out a "Cancellation" message. It's meant as confirmation of the no show allowing you to open the room for sale on the system.
If your cancellation policy says there is an amount to pay for a no show AND you are either using Booking.com Collect or are able charge the guest's valid credit card "off-line", you will be paid. If none of this is in place then you will not be paid and should look at changing your setup, as above, with BDC.
