Cannot charge VCC
It has been issues from around 24 that we are not able to charge VCC payment. In Booking.com extranet, it says "The charge did not go through because it was too high.". However, we tried to charge the payment the amount. Booking.com Support Desk advised us that the issue will be resolved by Wednesday 28, but it did not work well. Does anyone experience similar issue?
