Change in booking price
Hi
A guest booked with us, cancelled it and re booked a couple of hours later after she got in touch and said she did it by mistake. She asked if we’d honour the original price which we’re happy to (only £22 difference total). Does anyone know how to do this please?

Just get her to pay you directly or engage Partner Support.
