Change in the number of guests

A guest called me to say that there was a change in the number of people, in addition to the 2 adults there is also a 7 year old child. How do I change the price?

Hi welcome 

 

  • So just so I know I defintely read that right .... they booked as 2 adults and not declared a 7yo kid, and you want to charge extra for the 7yo kid ?
  • If you really want to go ahead with that, then check did you actually setup a child policy already, i.e. prior to the reservation being placed ?
  • Then contact partner support to edit and apply it.
  • Are you absolutely sure you want to charge for young kids ??
