Change of operations company

As of August 1st we are changing the company that will manage the hotel and make payments, it has been very difficult to do this process can you please help? 

The name of the hotel stays as is El Carmelo Mountain Lodge but the new company taking care of payment is a company based in the US, the name is:  

BBMAW LLC  address; 3334 Altura Ave, Glendale, CA 91214 USA Phone # 818-275-7761

Payments to Booking will come from a US Bank for future commission payments. 

Los Tres Abedules SAS will no longer be the paying company.
