Ive already sent report 

your customer has left with our licenced premises key without checking out , as observed on our Cctv 

Unfortunately been licenced premises we have to replace external lock due to insurance and council law compliance Please apply a £200 charge. Ive given them opportunity to return but they have not

I’m therefore obliged and calling out the village joiner at 12noon to replace lock prior to next guest check in, and have 8 replacement keys cut.

They are ignoring calls texts etc

It seems they sneaked out Failing to show at breakfast probably avoiding other gusts who complained about drunken noisy behaviour last night 

id like you to call them and me in order to avoid unnecessary charges
