Charging cancelled reservations via pos

Hello, can you give me some advice , i need to charge 50% of reservation price (cancelled reservation) untill 17.07. , but my pos is not working and my bank does not have a new one. Can i cause a problem to my cousin if she charges it instead for me (she is also renting a house)

Technically I cant see any reason why not.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
