Charging credit card or virtual card

Until now I’ve been able to charge a card via pulse, but the last 2 weeks it won’t let me and I have to sign in at least 3 times to charge each payment. Why is this? It’s making it very complicated to take payment

Hi Claire,


I think you are referring to the 2FA security when tapping on reveal details on the reservation page.


I would suggest instead of using pulse, to actually sit at a computer use a browser to admin.booking.com aka extranet and open their reservation page and try to reveal it, and see if same issue occurs.




Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
