Charging Credit cards

Hi, we have a Hotel in the Philippines. Since a few months, some of our guests are paying directly to Booking.com. We are supposed to charge them on our Credit Card Terminal. The problem in the Philippines is that is not an easy process. Most of the banks don't accept it. Actually, we contacted our Bank to allow us us to charge our customers like this, but they ask us a deposit of 6,000,00 Dollars... Due to COVID-19 and the fact that we had to close the Hotel, we are not able to collect that money. Actually, The total amount due by booking.com to us is 147,728,00 PHP.... Is there another way to collect this money (bank transfer for example ?) Thanks
