Charging a Non-Refundable Rate

Hello everybody!

Quick question. How do you charge a non-refundable rate when the guest decides to cancel the reservation? Does Booking take the funds from guest card and pass it to me, or what's the procedure?

It depends which payment method you choosed. Booking.com collects payments from the guest only if you have activated "Payments by Booking.com" or "Online payments by Booking.com" (you ned a POS machine).

Otherwise you need to colect the payments directly from the guest.
