good time of day. the client has booked 8 rooms, and lived only in 3. how to mark the rooms, which did not live as "non-arrival"?

Click on the name of the person who reserved. On the right side you can see a column where all the details are given about the stay. 

You can give a detailed report about what has happened. 


Hopefully, if you change your system in booking dot com guest can pay on the same day, then you won't have problems with people not staying. They have paid! 

Or let people pay on the day of arrival.

If you've taken payment at the time of booking, as with any other OTA, you don't need to worry because you've been paid.

If you haven't taken payment at the time of booking, you need to change that .....

If the guest books multiple rooms you can still mark a No Show only to some of the rooms via regular No Show buttons. System will recognize that guest booked multiple rooms and will ask you to select for which rooms you would like to mark a No Show.
