Client Payment

Hi I'm new on booking.com and just got my first booking. How do I know if client has already paid booking.com? When do I get paid?

  1. their reservation page : payment status
  2. you should already know what the payment method is, and therefore if they paid.
  3. by default its pay on arrival, unless you signed up for a payment provider method
  4. or setup prepay methods, in New Reservation template

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
