guest make reservation but on this day in the evening time he cancelled it, hotel didn`t get money from customer and also from booking com didn`t call and ask something about chargeable commission, for this cancellation but end of the month booking sent invoice with commission, what we can do ?

when a reservation is not prepaid, and is no show or cancelled but you didnt properly mark it as so nor report it as , then nothign will happen and you will get invoice.


so message BdsC Partner Support the details to mark it as cancelled.


in future make the guest cancell it on their account on the website or phone CS

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
