Hi!
Why should I pay for the commission for Ms.*** *** -booking #*** and the guest cancelled her reservation.And we know that booking.com they are the one to collect payment from the guest and I did not receive any payments at all.Please I need an explanation...now I have overdue for this commission.Please help me to understand.
