Good day

2 bookings were cancelled during March 2020 and I did not take the money on their virtual credit cards as Booking.com requested not to take money because of Covid 19.  Booking .com charged me commission on these 2 bookings.  Please reverse this commission on my statement and see that these quests get their money back.
