I would like to double confirm on the commission of April 2020. During this month, I don't have booking check-in. All the booking is canceled by the guest and booking.com send me invoice of the commission.
As per my understanding, there is no commission since the booking was canceled by the guest itself & not a no show booking, I've tried to reach booking.com team via email. Unfortunately, there is no response.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to help with an invoice query. If you look under Finance in Extranet and the invoice there should be a detailed statement showing the reservations this relates to. To resolve problem you need to message booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.
