Commission

I find it so frustrating that Booking.com does not subtract the commission from the guest booking before I receive it. Or have I missed out on a box that I should have ticked making this a preferred method of payment?

I prefer the method that Agoda & Expedia use, to receive payments less commission.

I received guests who claimed that they hadde already paid booking .com, so I tried to call and never went through, I treated the guests as the have paid, but and wrote on inbox for booking to my big surprise I was informed that they never got payments from the guests, and now I have received a statement even to pay commission to booking .com, how Can I wave it from my page , I need help.
