Commission, and how's does the booking work in regards to my clients

Hi there 

What is you'll rate on commission and how is this calculated 

Also I have agents letting out my place, so is it possible to get guest to enquire about dates before we can say that it is available? 

How does payments from guests work , do they pay you guys and you'll pay us or does the guests pay us straight
